The Landlord and Tenant Board

The Landlord and Tenant Board has been established to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants and provide information about the Residental Tenacy Act.

It provides information to landlords and tenants concerning their rights and obligations under the Act. Fees are set for applying to the Board. Requests can be made to review an order under certain conditions.

Landlord's Self-Help Centre

Landlord's Self-Help Centre is a specialty clinic operating within the province wide community legal clinic system and funded by Legal Aid Ontario.

Landlord's Self-Help Centre is an incorporated non-profit organization that provides information, assistance and educational programs to Ontario's small scale landlords free of charge.

landlordconnect.ca offers a free vacancy listing and support for landlords who rent affordable market units and are interested in working with housing help services in Toronto.

Each unit you fill through landlordconnect.ca is affiliated with a housing help agency. Housing help workers act as a third party to assist in keeping tenants housed. Housing workers have access to income support programs, specialty funds, and other services. They are there to assist both the tenant and landlord if problems arise.
